Russia was not happy during our in class Congress of Vienna. They lost, badly. France got many points by making sure Russia got no land. Russia only got one land out of all the things in Item one, while France won. Russia was not pleased by all the points France obtained.
France was very happy with the results of our in class Congress of Vienna. France did not want Russia to win any points or any land, which they did not. France would have been very unhappy and probably end up with problems in the future if Russia won land.
